I would recommend Shoff Door Co to anybody! I went to go to work at 6am and found out i couldn’t hit the button and get out my garage door. I couldn’t even lift the door up by hand. I called Shoff Door and was able to schedule an appointment the same day,in fact within 2 hrs i had a technician at my door. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my door right away.He told me exactly what it was gonna cost an he even had all parts on his truck to fix it!!! The price was very very reasonable. I was very satisfied and will definitely use them again in the future.

Motor went out this last time and Genie sent me a replacement as it was under warranty but didn’t want to install ourselves.
